Why Do Activewear Samples Sometimes Differ from Bulk Production?

Activewear samples can differ from bulk production when materials, dye lots, operators, equipment, or construction settings change.

A prototype may also use substitute fabric that was never intended as the bulk standard. Unrecorded revisions make differences harder to resolve. Require a production-representative approval sample, document permitted tolerances, and prohibit unapproved substitutions.

Check early production before the full order is completed so deviations can be corrected while manufacturing is still underway.
