Choose activewear GSM, or grams per square meter, according to the garment's coverage, support, climate, and intended activity.

GSM measures fabric mass per area; it does not independently prove opacity, strength, or quality. A heavier fabric may feel more substantial but can change drape and heat comfort.

Evaluate candidate weights in finished samples and test movement and coverage before setting the approved GSM and its production tolerance.
