Fabric approval should identify composition, structure, weight, usable width, finish, and required performance. Similar appearance does not establish equivalent behavior; the sourcing reference and bulk delivery should be checked against the same agreed criteria before the material is released for cutting. Inspect bulk lots before releasing them for cutting.
